AS A JOURNALIST

  • Background in on-air news anchoring, newscast producing and reporting, with emphasis in local and international news.
  • Eight years experience with live television newscasts and news radio stations.
  • Bilingual and fluent in Spanish and English. 
  • Excellent ability to decide story coverage, composition and flow of the newscast.
  • Familiar with AP ENPS, Bitcentral, Edius Pro 7, and graphics for on-air presentation.

AS A TEACHER

  • Research: Massmedia, intercultural communication and Latino Studies.
